Beautiful, spacious and quiet apartment with 110 square meters right on Lake Walen midst of Heidi country.
The apartment has a superb location in the Resort Walensee. It is located on the ground floor by the lakeside, with terrace and direct access to the lake and the beach. You have a wonderful view of the lake and the mountain range of the Churfirsten. They also reached on foot in a few minutes the cable car to the Flumserberg.
The apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, guest toilet and bathroom with sauna and whirlpool bath. It is equipped with two televisions, wireless Internet access, radio / CD / DVD player, covered parking and a storage room in the cellar.
Surrounded by mountains and the serenity of the lake is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Here are versatile sports as well, such as all kinds of water sports, cycling, hiking, golf and skiing (the valley station of Flumserberg can be reached on foot in a few minutes). Summary: The property was jut perfect for us. It’s location close to all transport means, the lake and its boat service was a fantastic asset, the gondola across the road, easy parking at the house, restaurant in the park and other very good local restaurants. We absolutely loved the mountains, walking, bike availability and how friendly people were…it was just perfect suited to us.

Summary: Conveniently located apartment with great views over the Walensee and 5min walk to the Flumserberg Bergbahnen. We particularly liked the spacious livingroom with a very well equipped kitchen.

Summary: In the last 5 years we stayed in many different apartments at the Walensee Resort. This one is by far the most comfortable and modern, and the price is unbeatable comparing to the other apartments from the luxury category. Many apartments at the resort still have the old ugly brown bulky furniture, while in this one it is partially replaced with the modern nice-looking light-colored furniture (beds, tables, chairs, shelving unit etc). Sauna is great for ski holidays in winter and probably also great in summer after swimming in the lake. The proximity to the lake and the ground floor might be very practical for stand up paddling in summer, as you can store your SUPs on the terrace and reach the lake in just a few steps. Also the kitchen is much better equipped than in the other apartments at the resort: it has cups, glasses, plates, pots, frying pans in quantities and in all possible sizes. You can feel that the owners really care about the comfort of their guests. The only minor remark is that there is no whirlpool bath in the bathroom, although it is mentioned in the description and is present on the photo. The kids were disappointed at first, but then they forgot about it, as the apartment is really great. I highly recommend this apartment to all kinds of travellers who want to enjoy the beatiful Heidiland at any season.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful at Unterterzen. Perfect view to the mountains and the lake. Nice and clean neighborhood. The flat is as described at the pictures, modern but still cousy and clean. Summary: Perfect location, just off the motorway and a short walk to ski lift. House was cosy and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing in after a day on the slopes. Particularly liked having a sauna. Regina had everything set up for us prior to arrival, so we just had to head straight to resort and the key was waiting for us. Would thoroughly recommend this property.
